The Tuscan olive grove is a sanctuary for reflection and a connection with nature. Century-old trees tell tales of generations working this land, blending past and present in a continuum reflected in the produced extra virgin olive oil. Each drop of this precious golden liquid carries an invitation to essence of the territory. Across our 24-hectare property, 12 hectares are dedicated to the olive grove, hosting around 6000 trees—some ancient, others recently planted.
Olive tree varieties include Maurino, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino. We are ethically committed, acknowledging the ecological, economic, and social impact of our choices. Our olives are cultivated entirely organically, with a strict prohibition on GMO products. Every production phase is meticulously followed to preserve the authenticity of the fruit: from harvesting to storage, leaf removal, and olive washing, to cold pressing. This constant commitment to maintaining high standards allows us to produce a superior extra virgin olive oil.

An oil of rare elegance and freshness, beginning with an initially intense and fresh fruity aroma expressing notes of tomato leaf, wild herbs, and artichoke. The captivating olfactory freshness is maintained on the palate, where a fresh peppery note accompanies the unfolding of various herbaceous scents: chard, thistle, almond. The mouthfeel is smooth and clean, thanks to the perfect balance between bitter and spicy sensations. A pleasant and persistent finish.
